AT&T Offers the MapleStory MMORPG for US Customers

For those who haven’t heard about MapleStory yet, let me tell you it’s the world’s first 2D side-scrolling massively multiplayer online role-playing game, in short a MMORPG, played by millions of people worldwide. The action takes place on the Maple Island where you start the training before shipping to the Victoria Island and choose one of the four paths.
Soon you’ll have to battle monsters, complete quests and make friendship with other members in the gaming community via chat, trades and mini games. You also can share rewards with other members in your group, after defeating monsters.

MapleStory was developed by Wizet, a South Korean company, and can be played for free.
AT&T is the first telecommunication company that will provide the MapleStory game on mobile handsets for its customers in the United States. They can download the mobile version of the game from the AT&T MEdia Mall for $6.99 and get the same action as the online game. In addition, AT&T provides a special bonus consisting of the possibility to claim a specific item for the PC game version.

There are two mobile game versions available at the AT&T MEdia Mall. One is standard for all supported handsets, called MapleStory: Warrior, while BlackBerry users can get the MapleStory: Warrior_BB.
Besides the option of purchasing the full game, you could go for the subscription-based version and spend $2.99 per month for the MappleStory: Warrior.
